We want your order to reach you smoothly, safely, and with as little fuss as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship, how long it takes, and what to expect along the way.

Shipping Costs

The customer pays shipping costs at checkout. We do not profit from shipping — you only pay what it costs to get your order to you.

The final shipping cost depends on the delivery option you choose and will always be clearly shown in your cart before you place your order.

Where We Ship

At the moment, we ship only within the UK.

Shipping Options & Prices (UK)

Standard items

  • UK Standard: £4.50 (4–8 working days)

  • UK 1st Class: £6.50 (3–6 working days)

  • Royal Mail Priority: £12.50 (Next working day if ordered before 1 pm, Monday–Friday)

Large art prints and framed items

  • DPD Standard: £9.50 (4–6 working days)

If you need your order by a specific date or for an event, we strongly recommend choosing an upgraded shipping option at checkout.

Order Processing Times

We aim to print and dispatch orders within 48–72 hours of receiving them.

Our fulfilment partners operate Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays may take a little longer to process.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the shipping method you selected.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. While most orders arrive within the stated timeframes, delays can occur due to public holidays, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

You’ll receive:

  • An order confirmation email with an estimated delivery date

  • A dispatch email with tracking details once your order is on its way

Tracking Your Order

All UK orders are sent with tracking information.

If you selected a tracked shipping service, your dispatch email will include a tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in sustainable, eco-friendly packaging.

  • Durable, rip-proof and splash-proof paper mailers

  • Made from natural materials

  • Decorated with a playful design that can be coloured in or upcycled

  • Larger orders are shipped in cardboard boxes sealed with environmentally friendly tape

We don’t include printed receipts in parcels, making our orders ideal for gifting.

Multiple Shipments

In rare cases, your order may arrive in more than one package. This can happen if items are produced or dispatched from different fulfilment locations.

If your order is split, we’ll send all relevant tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email.

Combining Orders

Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfilment system with its own unique order number. For this reason, we’re unable to combine multiple orders into a single shipment, including orders placed across different stores.

Keeping It a Surprise

Our packaging is discreet and doesn’t state what’s inside. Unless the recipient is already familiar with our distinctive ocean-themed doodle pattern, it won’t be obvious what you’ve purchased.
